A Beginner's Guide to BackYard: An Extremely Tiny TTRPG World
A downloadable micro-setting
As one of the myriad denizens that makes their home in BackYard, you are no doubt aware of the many wonders it holds. It is, as it has been for many days, a fertile and fortune-favored land that stretches from Msoleary’s Treeline in the West, through the vast wastelands of Sandvox and Jungel’gym, across the untold length of treacherous wilds of Fathersfield. Many have tried to map BackYard, but few have traveled the full width in their brief lifetimes, and all who pass under Mystrportersfence, the towering edifice to the East that hides unknown worlds behind it, are never seen again...
A Beginner's Guide to BackYard is designed as an introductory text to help guide any adventurer or explorer, traveler or trailblazer, setting out from the safety of UnderTree into the greater world of BackYard for food, spoils or priceless artifacts. Within you will find a collection of the most prominent* creatures you may come across, from the dastardly Squirrel clans of Largoak, to the Crows that whisper of days long past, to the Earthworms and Moles who dig our tunnels, to the Bees and Ants that make the world function, and even the Fifteen-Pound Nightmare herself, Fifi.
*This text is by no means exhaustive; there are perhaps dozens, maybe even hundreds of Great Trees that rival even Largoak beyond the boundaries of Mystrportersfence, with creatures even stranger than those listed here.

A Beginner's Guide to BackYard is a diagetic micro-setting supplement that can be used with most(?) rules-light TTRPGs (although likely with some adjustments to scale). It was designed for the Tiny World TTRPG Jam, with the premise taken incredibly literally.
