You Must Take Mitch Off Life Support is a satirical comedy stealth game about kickstarting the Kentucky special elections by taking an decrepit fictional Senator named Mitch something-rather (who is not a real person and who has no real life similarities to any United States Senator, whether living, dead, or questionably alive) off life support. Players take on the role of a group of Patriots all working to take Mitch off life support. They must evade hospital security controlled by the Overseer and escape with their lives.
